The Board of Directors is made up of seven members who are appointed by the Norton Board of Selectmen to represent the interests of the community and provide valuable wisdom and oversight to the daily operations of the station.

Three of the members are appointed to represent the Norton School system. Three of the members are appointed to represent town government. One member is designated as a liaison to Wheaton College. All of the board members graciously volunteer their time on a monthly basis to help Norton TV realize its mission to the community.

Bill Gouveia

Bill Gouveia -chairperson.

Bill Gouveia is the Norton Town Moderator, a former selectman and finance committee member, and a resident of Norton for the last 50 years. He is a columnist for the Sun Chronicle and host of the Norton Cable Access Show "An Inside Look" for the last five years, as well as Vice President of Atlantic Stainless in North Attleboro.

Bill hopes to continue working on the board to provide informational access to a wide array of Norton residents.

Sue Morgado

Sue Morgado.

Sue Morgado is the Director of Technology Support for Library & Information Services at Wheaton College. She was appointed by the Norton Selectmen to represent Wheaton College on the Board of Directors for NCAC in July of 2006 where she has enjoyed serving as Board Treasurer.

Sue encourages everyone in Norton to take advantage of all the services the station provides from kicking back and watching what's airing on the local channels to learning how to film, edit, and produce your own show.

Lynn Wiegel

Lynn Wiegel.

Lynn Wiegel was appointed by the Superintendent of Schools to act as a school liaison to the board. She is the Director of Technology for the school district, and is working with NCAC to help create and improve on programs involving students in our schools.

Kathy Ebert-Zawasky

Kathy Ebert-Zawasky -Secretary.

Kathy has been a resident of Norton for over thirty years and is parent to three sons educated in the Norton public school system. She is retired after a teaching career in college-level biology and a second career as Director of Technology for Research & Instruction at Wheaton College.

Through volunteer work, and part-time teaching, Kathy continues to work toward improving understanding of nature, science and technology.
